Our technicians can control your computer remotely to try and resolve a specific issue.

Remote Support Charges:

Remote support is charged at £35.00 inc VAT per hour and is billed in 30 minute blocks. e.g If it only takes us 30 minutes or less to resolve the problem then you would be charged £17.50 inc VAT. You will only be billed if the problem is resolved by one of our technicians.
